Covenant Amendments and Timelines

Hello Everyone, as you may have recently noticed in your email, we are going to embark on amending some covenants. Here is the timeline:

Now Until March 20, 2022- Accept suggestions provided per the form in the email you received. If you did not receive the email, please contact us at board@glb-hoa.com with your name, address, and if you are a renter or an owner, and we will add you to our contact list and provide you with the link.

March 21-25, 2022- the board will sort and record suggestions in a document to be shared with the meeting agenda for review.

March 26, 2022 at the Quarterly HOA meeting, we will present and vote to decide the most popular contents of the proposed amendment.

March 27- late April/Early May (tentatively)- the board will write up the proposed amendments based on the previous vote

Tentatively Late April- Early May- a special amendment meeting will be held on whether to approve or deny the amendments.

When funds are available- the board will work with a lawyer to get the amendments on the books with the county.
