The 2026 annual assessment has been increased to $137.50. This 10% increase was approved by the board in accordance with the HOA covenants.

Rising costs due to inflation since 2013 have impacted our ability to cover essential services such as lawn care, insurance, taxes, and general maintenance. While this increase won’t fully resolve the budget shortfall, it is a necessary step to help sustain the community’s basic operations.
